Strictly Come Dancing songs and dances revealed for Week 9

Week 9 of Strictly Come Dancing is upon us, and it’s a very special week – it’s Blackpool time! Now, the songs and dances have been confirmed for Saturday’s show (16th November).

We’re at the halfway point of the series, and the remaining eight Strictly couples will battle it out on the dancefloor at the iconic Blackpool Tower Ballroom.

Unfortunately, Amy Dowden won’t be returning to the competition this year, after the professional dancer was taken to hospital as a “precaution” when she began feeling unwell during the show three Saturdays ago.

The professional dancer – who was partnered with JLS star JB Gill on the show – confirmed on Monday 4th November that she had been forced to pull out of the series with a foot injury.

Fellow pro Lauren Oakley will take her place, pairing up with Gill.
